Vacant Property (Land Loans)

• I have lenders starting at 10% down. I have found the rate to be better with other lenders, however, the minimum down payment would be 15% down.
• Seller contributions are allowed on vacant property.
• I do have lenders that will allow a vacant property transaction if there are out buildings on the property or a non-conforming dwelling.
• I do have lenders in limited states that will allow for a cash-out refinance on vacant land property.
