No Application Fee

• To pre-qualify for a mortgage I will want to pull a tri-merge credit report.  
• I will ask you and others that will be on the application, their income.  If you are an employee, I will ask if we are going to do a full documentation loan.  I may need information on your pay stub.
• If you are self employed, I may have questions concerning your tax return and may want to see it if we do a full documentation loan.  I can do a reduced documentation or no documentation loan without a copy of the tax return.  
• I may need information concerning your bank statements.  If this is a purchase, I may need to show which account the funds are coming from for the closing.
